Bill is a charter member of NCFR. His first ride was a Harley 1971 FLH. He joined the Bayville Fire Company INC in 1988.  He worked through the ranks of engineer, lieutenant, and Chief. Member of H.O.G and Abate, and AMA. Bill has been riding for over 50 years
